  Phase 4. Engineering design
Now we make all those brilliant plans and dreams into parts. Parts that take production quantities, user and maker needs, service, product lifespan, and cost into account. All this is done while maintaining the design integrity.
  Phase 5. Engineering prototyping
Before you spend the tooling budget to make thousands of parts, we'll  prototype everything. This ensures that the product lives up to its promise. We make sure that the parts are carefully designed to run well, in a process geared to economy of scale. We document everything accurately using the latest engineering tools. By now the design team has made specified finishes, colors, labels, and so forth.
Phase 6. Detailed parts plans, production plans, first articles,
last-minute tweaks, tooling and assembly liaison
As the product goes to tooling and then to production, we're there, supporting the final parts, ensuring the product's integrity is maintained, and its quality assured. We can assist with packaging structure, graphics, internal components, and even design supporting literature and training aids.
